Abstract
The study of the fundamentals of innovative approaches to enterprise’s management is generalized. The peculiarities of formation of innovative potential of industrial enterprises from the standpoint of the systemic approach are considered. The problems of innovative activity management at industrial enterprises are determined and systematized with consideration of the current state of the Ukrainian economy. The attention is paid to the fact that the search for ways of innovative development of industrial enterprises activities put forward specific requirements for the management system of enterprises innovative activities. The conclusions on providing an effective innovation process are formulated, which include: a close connection with the general system of enterprise’s management, the complex nature of managerial decisions formation, the high dynamism of regulation, the multivariate approach to the development of these solutions, orientation and motivation of staff at strategic goals of enterprise’s development.
