Abstract

The use of human resources and its evaluation is an effective method of personnel management, which allows you to explore the potential of employees and the feasibility of investing in staff. Depending on the strategy and form of the enterprise, everybody requires certain indicators and techniques for evaluation. The article discusses the most common and effective of them. Assessment of the effectiveness of human resources serves to coordinate and improve the personnel management of the enterprise and the formation of a system of personnel development. In today's economic environment, there is no common approach to assessing human resources. This can be considered on the positive side because each company can choose or develop exactly the method that is most attractive and effective in the specific conditions of a particular organization. Current methods of assessing human resources capacity and its use found to be effective, but not universal, so each company should be based on their individual factors work, management features in the industry and economic conditions of the country as a whole. Managing the human resources of the enterprise, regardless of its size and number of staff, is one of the most important factors in the functioning and development of the economy at the level of the organization, country and the world as a whole, because no business can exist without labor. The qualification of the company's staff, their level of education and professional skills that have a direct impact on business development and promotion, and their potential is the basis for further economic growth in the region and the country. The main factor that has a strong negative impact on the efficiency of human resources is the loss of employees due to staff turnover. The company must ensure a low level of turnover of its staff and a high level of stability of labor resources for the effectiveness of investment in personnel and the success of human resources management. After all, due to layoffs, the organization incurs losses and loses time to find, train and introduce new employees who need special attention of management at the beginning of their work.
