SPATIALLY-TERRITORIAL FEATURES OF SOCIO-ECONOMIC MODERNIZATION OF THE COMMODITY CIRCULATION SPHERE IN UKRAINE
Abstract
Abstract. The article analyzes the regional aspects of the socio-economic modernization of the commodity circulation sphere in Ukraine. Significant differentiations among the regions of the state, both by volumes and the efficiency of functioning, are revealed, which leads to the inappropriate allocation and operation of the basic infrastructure objects and elements of the commodity circulation sphere, the reduction of the state territories coverage by the relevant commodity offer, the decrease of the quickness and quality of the commodity circulation, increase in the costs level, deterioration of the quality of the needs satisfaction of enterprises and the population in goods and services. It has been determined that in the social aspect the interregional disproportions are observed in terms of retail turnover per capita, the provision of the population by objects of trade and trading areas as well as by jobs in the field of trade; in economic terms - turnover per one employed and one m2 of trading area, the number of trading places in the markets and the commodity circulation.
