MAIN PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF NATIONAL POLICY IN THE INFORMATIONAL FIELD
Abstract
Abstract. A characteristic feature of scientific and technological progress is the circulating globally focused informational exchange. This trend has a real impact on the formation of a state informational policy of any country, the search for new approaches to the functioning of the informational environment and adaptation to the global informational market. The determinant factor in the socio-economic development of many countries and of the world community in general is the modern informatization of all areas of human activity and state regulation. Considering this, the main problems of the informational sphere development of Ukraine are analyzed. The main ways of implementation of state informational policy are investigated. The perspective directions of the informational society development are analyzed. The priority directions of informational sphere state regulation in Ukraine are substantiated.
