THE ROLE OF PRESS-SERVICES IN ORGANIZING STATE AUTHORITIES ACTIVITIES
Abstract
Аbstract. The article provides a substantiation of the role and determination of the tasks of the Ukrainian state bodies press-services in the field of state policy elaboration on the basis of effective communication development between the power and the society. It was determined that the first press-services of the state bodies in Ukraine began to be created immediately after gaining of our country’s independence in the early 1990's. It is proved that the activity of press-services of state authorities not only increases the efficiency of the state apparatus, but also enhances the interaction of government with the broad segments of the population. In the context of the investigated processes, it can be assumed, that the role of state bodies press-services in the near future in Ukraine will intensify. As a result of the study, it has been determined that in modern socio-political realities, the Ukrainian authorities must build effective information channels to bring their decisions to the public and establish a feedback that will allow them to hear the demands of different social groups and, ultimately, analyze and adjust the state information policy.
