ORGANIZATIONAL AND ECONOMIC MECHANISM OF EFFICIENCY MANAGEMENT OF THE INTEGRATED CORPORATE SYSTEMS ACTIVITIES
Abstract
Abstract. The topicality of the article lies in the need to identify and study the peculiarities of the structure and levers of influence on the organizational and economic mechanism for managing the efficiency of integrated corporate systems operation. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the feasibility of studying the features, functions and methods of implementing the organizational and economic mechanism for managing the efficiency of integrated corporate systems. Analytical and expert research methods are used to fully reflect the ways of achieving the goal. The article outlines the main approaches to the definition of the category "organizational and economic mechanism of integrated corporate systems". The focus is made on choosing the main areas for implementing its functions in a changing economic and political environment of integrated corporate systems functioning. The main features of the organizational and economic mechanism are considered and their own interpretation is presented. The main tasks, for which the organizational and economic management mechanism should be configured to ensure the dynamic growth of the integrated corporate systems efficiency, are proposed.
