DESHADOWING TOOLS OF THE FINANCIAL SECTOR OF UKRAINE
Abstract
Abstract. The purpose of the article is to analyze and determine the ways of deshadowing the monetary&credit sector of Ukraine. The article proves that the shadowed activity in the monetary&credit sphere is primarily related to the illegal conversion of funds, the illegal issue of bank securities, bills of exchange circulation, the theft of cashless money and budget funds by falsifying data on financial and economic activity of enterprises, mortgaged property, application of the fictitious bankruptcy mechanism, etc. This leads to a loss of monetary&credit policy efficacy due to the significant amount of money supply. In the context of strengthening the manifestations of the monetary&credit sphere shadowing, which form the risks and threats to the financial security of the state, a set of tools in the monetary sphere, in the currency market and in the securities market is proposed. Using this set of tools will give positive results in the context of strengthening Ukraine's financial security.
