IDENTIFICATION AND DIRECTIONS OF COUNTERACTION TO EXTERNAL CHALLENGES OF STABILIZATION OF THE MONEY-CREDIT SECTOR IN THE CONTEXT OF PROVISION OF FINANCIAL SECURITY OF UKRAINE

Abstract

Abstract. The article identifies the most significant global trends, which are challenges at the current stage of functioning of the development of the monetary and credit sector of the state. The arguments concerning the significance of the impact of external challenges on the state and stability of the financial security system of Ukraine are given. The nature of the action and development of the negative impact on the stability of the financial system of the state are described, such as the growth of interest rates of the US Federal Reserve, the inflow of foreign capital, the slowdown of China's economic growth, the preservation of armed conflict in the East of Ukraine, and others. The following threats to Ukraine's financial security at the present stage of its socio-economic progress, such as the destabilization of the balance of payments, the growth of capital outflows, the reduction of foreign investment, etc. have been identified. The tools of the state policy of minimizing the risks of functioning of the domestic monetary sphere are determined, among which the key role is assigned to ensuring liquidity of stock market participants, external debt management, development of hedging instruments for currency risks, etc.
