INNOVATIVE "CLOUDONOMICS" TECHNOLOGIES FOR THE JOINT USE OF RESOURCES
Abstract
Abstract. The positive tendency of life activities during the crisis economic phase is the common use of goods, finance, knowledge, skills, network, content. On a global scale, the relationship between economic and social actors is subjected to rethinking. The article presents the results of research on particular innovative technologies of joint use of information resources through an electronic data bank of such services provider. The content of the concepts "cloud", "cloud economy" is given. The viewpoint on the evolution of widely available cloud-based Internet services has been researched. The prospects for implementing this practice for the development of enterprises and the national economy as a whole are outlined. The technologies of effective functioning of IT services for optimal use of qualified programmers on the bases of outsourcing are considered. Significant advantages of cloud service providers engagement for achieving the steady competitiveness of enterprises are proven.
