FACTORS OF REVITALIZATION OF INVESTMENT ATTRACTIVENESS OF ENTERPRISES

Abstract. It is noted in the article, that creating an attractive investment climate rests on understanding that investors are a fairly wide range of market players with different goals, priorities, principles of investment decisions and attitude to risks. Thus, the advantages of choosing investors should be based on a deeper understanding of the structure of the domestic economy and the peculiarities of its development. Economic growth is ensured by a number of key factors: the level of economic freedoms in the enterprise, adequate legal protection of entrepreneurship, the level of security of entrepreneurs, the presence of significant incentives for entrepreneurial activity. All factors influencing investment activity, depending on their level, can be classified into two groups: factors influencing investment activity at the macro level; factors influencing investment activity at the micro level. The first macroeconomic prerequisite for the intensification of investment activity is the reduction of inflation. The second factor in the intensification of investment activity is the decline in bank loans interest rates. The third factor in boosting investment activity is the weakening of monetary policy tightening and increasing domestic demand. The fourth factor in the intensification of investment activity is the transformation of the savings of the population and the means of other market players into the source of investment financing. Fifth factor of activation of investment activity is technological progress. The sixth factor in boosting investment activity is the investment climate in the country. The seventh factor in the intensification of investment activity is the cyclical nature of economic dynamics.
