EXPERIENCE OF FORMING INNOVATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES OF SOME FOREIGN COUNTRIES
Abstract
Abstract. Considering the case of the formation of a knowledge society, it should be noted that the huge role in this process belongs to the development of information technologies. Today, such technologies are used in virtually all branches of economy and the facilities of the hotel and restaurant industry are not an exception. Technological development, investment in infrastructure and innovation activity are carried out at a faster pace in most developed countries. For introduction modern technologies into production, foreign capital and highly skilled personnel from the world labor market are attracted. Finance and personnel are needed in order to increase the competitiveness of high technologies and science, to properly organize research in appropriate areas. The main attention is paid to the formation of innovation infrastructure in conditions of project selection, which would have innovative developments (technology or products), project monetization potential and export orientation of production. The global competitiveness index weakly correlates with the prospects for future growth of production, but very clearly demonstrates the factors that have been key to the development of innovative production. Such factors are: education, technology, the level of informatization, openness of production and its integration into international trade blocs. Considering the experience of foreign countries in creating elements of innovative production aimed at developing the scientific and technical potential of universities, large corporations and small businesses, we see: there is a continuous need for updating and improvement of legislation, the serious support of regional production clusters, which creates an infrastructure for the development of new and high-tech products and services, as well as their successful commercialization.
