SCIENTIFIC BASIS OF TOURISM&HOTEL INDUSTRY STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT
Abstract
Abstract. The article highlights modern scientific approaches to management of the tourism&hotel sector development strategy in the regions of Ukraine considering the world tendencies of the hospitality industry. Based on the analysis of economic indicators of tourism&hotel infrastructure development for the period of 2011-2016, the main strategic directions of increasing the competitiveness of collective accommodation facilities are determined. It is proved that the necessary condition for investments attraction in the tourism&hotel industry is its planned and predictable development, favorable investment climate of the region, the presence of attractive investment proposals and the stability of the country's economy. A conclusion is made regarding the prospects of further development of hotel and tourist infrastructure in the regions of Ukraine.
