FINANCIAL INSTRUMENTS OF THE STATE POLICY OF DEVELOPMENT OF EXPORTS POTENTIAL IN THE REAL ECONOMY SECTOR OF UKRAINE

Abstract

Abstract. The article characterizes the preconditions for the activation of foreign economic activity of domestic subjects of the real sector of the economy, in particular, in terms of promoting their products (services) to EU markets. It is proved that there is a need for domestic subjects of the real economy sector in financial security, sufficient for capacity building, export potential and research of foreign markets. The factors of necessity of realization of effective state policy of improvement of financial support of domestic enterprises are identified. The directions and specific financial instruments, which are expedient to implement at different levels of the system hierarchy of economic management – central, regional, branch-sectoral and micro-level, are substantiated. Functional and infrastructural financial instruments of state support of entities of the real sector of the economy of Ukraine are determined. The advantages of implementing such an integrated approach in the system of state financial policy have been proved.
