FACTORS OF STRENGTHENING THE IMBALANCES OF DEVELOPMENT INTERNAL MARKET OF UKRAINE IN MODERN CONDITIONS AND DIRECTIONS OF GOVERNMENT POLICY OF THEIR COUNTERACTION

Abstract

Abstract. In the article the current state and trends of development of the domestic market in Ukraine are investigated. Particular attention is paid to the factor of military operations in Eastern Ukraine, which led to the deterioration of its quantitative and qualitative characteristics, that increased the influence of the negative aspects on the internal market development and formed a number of new problems related to the deterioration of the investment environment and the loss part of the capital and innovative potential. The analysis of the factors strengthening the domestic market imbalances associated with shadowing and deteriorating of investment and innovation climate in conditions of external military aggression is implemented. The directions of the state policy and mechanisms of counteraction to strengthening imbalances of the internal market of Ukraine development in its present stage are substantiated. First proposed to implement institutional mechanism focused on changing the controversial institutional basis, which provides a source for enhancing the shadow business activity regarding the temporarily occupied territories of Lugansk and Donetsk and nearby regions.
