Анотація
У статті досліджено стратегічні аспекти інтеграції інноваційних технологій у сферу готельно-ресторанного бізнесу в умовах зростаючої ринкової нестабільності та технологічного прориву. Визначено сучасні наукові підходи до цифрової трансформації управління, проаналізовано актуальні міжнародні кейси впровадження таких технологій, як штучний інтелект, аналітика великих даних, блокчейн та автоматизація. Систематизовано стратегічні перспективи їх застосування, очікувані результати та механізми реалізації. Сформульовано практичні рекомендації для готельно-ресторанної індустрії України щодо поетапної цифровізації та підвищення стійкості бізнесу. Виокремлено напрями для подальших досліджень із фокусом на адаптацію інновацій до українських реалій.
